What happens after I send the form?

We read your note personally and reply within one to two business days with a friendly answer to your questions and a suggestion for a short introductory conversation — nothing more formal than that.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. The first conversation is simply a chance to talk about the storyteller, answer questions and see whether this feels right. You're welcome to ask for a quote at that point, with no obligation.

How soon can sessions begin?

Accepted Answer

Usually within a few weeks of that first conversation, depending on scheduling. If there's an occasion or a reason to begin sooner, tell us in your note and we'll do our best to make room.

Question 4

Can a family member sit in on the first call?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many families join the first conversation together — an adult child often arranges it. The recorded sessions themselves stay one-on-one, so the storyteller can speak freely and comfortably.

Question 5

What if we're not sure which package we want?

Accepted Answer

Choose "not sure yet." Most families start with the Starter package — four 90-minute one-on-one sessions resulting in a PDF digital memoir — and decide later about additional sessions, a hardcover upgrade, or the Milestone occasions package.
